Specifications are agreed before anything ships

Grade, size/count, moisture, admixture and packaging are confirmed in writing before production or procurement begins. If a lot doesn't meet the agreed specification, we tell you before it ships, not after it clears customs at your end.

Documentation matches your market, not a generic template

Export documentation prepared to match destination-country and buyer requirements — phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate, lab test reports and more, as applicable. Every destination has different requirements — a GCC buyer's paperwork looks different from an EU buyer's. Share your compliance checklist and we will confirm the documentation for your shipment.

Dual-coast port access

Depending on your product and destination, shipments route through Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, Visakhapatnam. That flexibility usually means shorter inland transit and more shipping-line options than a single-port supplier can offer.

Trial orders are a normal way to start

Our default MOQ is 1 × 20ft container; trial orders discussed. We'd rather earn a repeat contract by performing on a trial order than push a buyer into a volume commitment before they've seen the product land.

We say no to what we can't deliver honestly

We don't inflate lead times or specs to win an order. If a product is out of season, restricted for export, or a grade we can't currently source, we'll tell you — and suggest an alternative where one exists.
