Logistics & Shipping

Ports, container types and typical transit times — so you can plan your inventory around a realistic delivery window.

Which ports do you ship from?

Depending on your product and destination, we route shipments through Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, plus air cargo for time-sensitive or small-volume orders. Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mundra handle the majority of our container volume; Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi and Visakhapatnam are used where they offer a shorter inland leg from the sourcing region or a better sailing schedule to your destination.

Do you use reefer containers?

Yes — fresh fruits, vegetables and frozen seafood ship in temperature-controlled reefer containers, with the temperature set for that specific product. Dry cargo (grains, pulses, spices, animal feed, fertilizers) ships in standard dry containers unless a specific product requires humidity control.

How long does shipping take?

Transit time depends on the destination port, the shipping line's routing, and whether it's a direct or transshipment service. As a general guide:

RegionTypical transit time*
Middle East & GCC5–12 days
South Asia (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal)2–7 days
Southeast Asia7–15 days
East Asia12–20 days
Europe18–28 days
East Africa7–14 days
North America (East Coast)25–35 days
Latin America25–40 days

*General ranges based on typical shipping-line schedules from Indian west-coast ports; ask us for a current estimate to your specific port, since routings and transshipment options change.
