Are samples available?
Yes, for most products. Sample availability depends on season (for fresh produce, samples are limited to harvest windows) and product type — ask when you send your requirement and we'll confirm what's currently available.
Is there a charge?
Small samples may be provided free of charge; courier costs are typically covered by the buyer. Larger sample quantities, or samples requiring special handling (frozen seafood, for example), may carry a charge that's credited against your first bulk order. Exact terms are confirmed per request.
How long does it take?
Courier delivery time depends on your location and customs clearance at your end. For perishable samples (fresh produce, frozen seafood), we'll flag realistic delivery windows so the sample arrives usable.
What do I need to provide?
Your shipping address, any import permit or documentation your country requires for sample-quantity imports (this varies, especially for seafood and plant products), and your target specification so we send a representative sample.
