1. Enquiries and quotes

Enquiries submitted through this website do not constitute an order. Quotes provided are indicative and subject to a validity period stated at the time of quoting; commodity and freight prices can change before an order is confirmed.

2. Orders and contracts

An order is confirmed only once both parties agree in writing on product specification, quantity, price, Incoterm, payment terms and delivery window. Terms specific to an order take precedence over general statements made elsewhere on this website.

3. Specifications

Typical specification ranges shown on product pages are indicative starting points for discussion. Final specifications for a given shipment are those agreed in the order contract.

4. Payment

Payment terms (Letter of Credit, advance/Cash Against Documents, or Telegraphic Transfer) are agreed per order. See our Payment Terms page for an overview.

5. Shipping and risk transfer

Shipping arrangements and the point at which risk transfers from seller to buyer follow the Incoterm agreed for that order. See our Logistics & Shipping page for how each Incoterm works.

6. Documentation

Export documentation is prepared to match destination-country and buyer requirements as communicated by the buyer and confirmed in the order. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm their own country's import requirements and to advise us of any specific documentation needed before the order is confirmed.

7. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, port disruptions, government export/import restrictions, or shipping line disruptions.

8. Governing law

These terms, and any order made through this website, are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information about our products and services. While we aim to keep specifications, pricing guidance and trade data current and sourced, commodity markets and export regulations change — always confirm current details before placing an order.
